FRANKLY ANNOUNCES

INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS NETWORK

Chester, NJ; October 22, 2001...Building and broadening its knowledge and base of expertise, Frankly Consulting L.L.C., today announced the launch of its international network of consultants.

Frank Thomas, company president and former USGA Technical Director, cited that the addition of experts in the fields of exercise physiology, biomechanics, physics, psychology and other specializations will give the company a competitive edge and broaden the opportunities to work on a varied range of consulting projects.

"The Frankly Consulting technique to effectively meet the objectives of any project is to rely on synergy through a team approach," Thomas noted, "and we do this with a network of international consultants who conduct research and present answers to problems in a variety of disciplines."

Among the new consultants are Dr. Debbie Crews, winner of last year's GOLF Magazine "Science in Golf" award and an expert in sports psychology. She is joined by Dr. Paul Schempp, a leading educator in coaching and Dr. Bob Christina, an expert in practice and performance. Pia Nilsson, noted golf educator credited with the development of a stellar national golf program in her native Sweden, is also on the consulting team.

With an array of disciplines available, Frankly Consulting is positioned to tackle a range of projects, with practical outcome recommendations.

"I firmly believe that research for the sake of research unless it can be effectively applied is of no practical use," said Thomas.

The company's three areas of concentration: improving physical and mental fitness to enhance golf performance, developing new and exciting product systems and consulting services to benefit the game of golf, have now been enhanced with the addition of these personnel.

Thomas also currently serves as Chief Technical Advisor to Golf Digest, penning a monthly column, as well as contributing to the golfdigest.com "Equipment Extra" on a weekly basis.
